There was a ton of people and you had to sit quite sometime to get your food. It’s a fast food place so you can’t expect the quality of a sit down find restaurant. However, the last several times we have been there their fries have been undercooked. When I asked one of the staff to cook them longer for us they said they don’t do that. I think the lack of customer service is what they are lacking here they obviously I’m confused. that’s why people keep coming back.
I got the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich with pickles and it was pretty darn good especially with the honey roasted bbq sauce on it. I’m just sad that my fries were cold because they taste so much worse. Like flavorless and soggy. My first time getting chick fil a in a long time and honestly, it left me disappointed :(
Every time I come here I always get the best service. Sometimes I make a ton of modifications to my order but they are always so sweet and kind. Making sure they got my order correct and the food is amazing. I love bringing my family here. Tonight Claire helped us and she was so sweet and had amazing customer service. Last time we came Destiny helped us and she was great too, but everyone here is honestly great!! Amysu was the manager and she was great too!!
