Not only were the burgers delicious, but the kind gentleman with the forearm tattoo at the register was super attentive to the guests and very quick to offer his help with cleaning up the tables or grabbing refills. Tried to grab his name but he didn’t have a name tag. Great job dude!
Johnathon (i think the manager) had outstanding customer service. I have an allergy and they accidently put butter on my bread. Johnathon caught it and helped correct the issue and was so sweet and kind about the mistake. He deserves a raise. Good customer service is hard to find these days. Same cost as Red Robin and the quality of the food surpassed Red Robin.The GM was amazing and answered all of our tedious questions. We have a medical needs adult daughter and the food was able to pass her utmost strict standards. The strawberry and Oreo cookie shake were beyond 5 stars. My husband's double cheeseburger and my teriyaki burger were great.
