“The quality of the donuts is amazing. We stopped by to grab a dozen and told the guy to fill with an assortment. He went to the back and filled it with the freshest, hottest donuts he had and they were amazing. My 2 year old anilitated a twist on the 5 minute drive home. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a classic donut done right.“

“Great donuts!!! We have stopped here to and from going from the Bay Area to Salt Lake City. Donuts are light and airy and the woman who works the counter is delightful and remembers me every time. I can't eat donuts on my keto diet now, but my husband insists on stopping, and I will have a bite. Hard to resist!!“

“I live near Krispy Kreme, so I visit this location often. Just like every other place around they have a short staff and it is a lasting result of covid. So many "fast food" places around here are staffed with 2 people. These sort of companies need, i assume, 6-8 employees. Yes, KK are sometimes out of an item, and sometimes close early and opens late. But every single food place around here still has to close up early, or open late, because they dont have the staff. I have had some disappointment with a place not being opened. But when they are opened and have a limited staff they really pull together. Krispy Kreem, even being a chain, has being going through this. I do not work for Krispy Kreeme and I don't know anyone there. So this is just my experience today. I arrived at Krispy Kreme early this morning and ordered a dozen glazed, and a dozen assorted. I pulled up to the window and asked about the leprechaun donuts. I asked if they were available. With my donuts already in their boxes he changed my order for me. The manager, England, was the one at the window. I saw one other person near him, and one more in there, and ai am pretty sure that was it. My morning wasn't going the best, but he made my day and made smile. I have been there a dozen or more times. Always happy, I would leave many reviews all positive.“

“Went for the first time with my mom. Victor was great!! He immediately greeted us very kindly as we walked in as if he had already known us. He took care of us, was patient and even made some suggestions when ordering Cappuccino.Great customer service! Made us feel so welcome ! If you’re in the area come visit Victor.“

“This family is so nice, so hard-working, so honest. Willing to work with any dietary restrictions, and able to answer any food requests. Very homey and the quality is highly insane for what a small family in Reno can do. The food of Chinese, donuts, Cantonese, Vietnamese, is very good, the dim sum is also so good and The service is always top notch, even near closing time or calling at any point they always make sure to take care of you! The owners even remember their regulars, and even people who do not come regularly. It is really amazing. They should definitely always stay in business. It is always such a warm and loving Atmosphere to be in!“

“Jelly donut is classic and has been around for years. Been famous for years and it's even better it's next to the laundry mat, so perfect little snacks for the kiddos or even thr grown ups! The sandwiches here are fabulous and they have not always had them on their menu! But they have done a great job, and I love the fact that the eggs and everything is fresh so it's not like they have pop up eggs that are gross! I love the different donuts they have and all the different coffees and stuff as well! The prices are good for the size and how filling it is! Great job+“

“I placed an order at the northwest Reno location on Friday afternoon. Pick up was to be at 7:30 this morning for five dozen donuts that had already been pre-paid for. I arrived to find the Northwest Reno location locked up with a note saying they were doing floor repairs today and tomorrow. They had my contact information and no one reached out to let me know that there had been an issue so that I could make other plans for my order or get a refund. Instead, I called the Sparks location, David answered and said he would get me taken care of. I made the 20 minute drive to pick up my order. He greeted me promptly with a smile by name, helped me carry the order out to my car and then let me know that during my drive he had also contacted the owner, who happens to own both locations, and that she wanted my number to speak with me regarding the mishap. If I could give David 10 stars for his customer service, I absolutely would! Thanks for saving my morning and making sure my company meeting went off without a hitch!“
