Great staff, great food!
Fiesta is our favorite Mexican restaurant. We have been going there since we moved here 9 years ago. The food is always excellent. Service is great and we do have our favorite waitress Karen. She always takes care of us.
The veggie fajitas are wonderful, the salsa verde is so wonderful! Their posole tasted like my gramma's. The rice is the closest to my gramma's I've tasted at a Mexican restaurant.
On top of that, the staff there is kind and attentive, even on crazy days like Cinco de Mayo. I'd told them the previous week that we were going to have about 8 people and they let me know they couldn't reserve anything, but they'd do their best to be ready for us, and they were.
