first time i’ve ever experienced this in my life. visiting from out of town, stopped in for lunch. busy but not crowded. we stood and waited like the sign said to. bartender and several staff looked at us but never acknowledged us. no hello, no just a moment, no smiles. just blank stares. this went on long enough to feel uncomfortable so we left. for whatever reason, we weren’t welcome.
Great food, reasonable prices. Minden location to go staff could use some training. Standing around chatting and playing with your hair while my food sits on counter 20 minutes is ridiculous.
