I visited the location at 4:30 on zero 425. I had my regular drink made for pick up and when I received it it looked different and tasted different. I told the girls making the smoothies and they refused to help me. I asked him if I could get something different and they said no I even asked to get another smoothie and they responded. No, they made it seem as though I was bothering them by even being in the store, I then asked them when the manager would be in and they said they didn’t know or a phone number for the manager, which they also didn’t know I even asked for their name and they covered their name tag and said they didn’t know. I’d like to understand why as a regular customer I was treated like this when I spend good money and choose this location when I can take my business to another location if this is the type of service you stand by as a business owner

The smoothies were meh. We ordered 3 and drank one. Won’t bother coming back. I was looking for a smoothie with vitamins for my kid. Nothing on the menu the after we paid and moved to the side a menu was on the counter with additions of supplements you could add. Super busy. Out of straws. A lot of money for no taste or yucky taste.

The young girl working never even said Gi when walked and I was the only person in there I find what I want and young girl said what do you want and as I was done paid for and left a tip thinking it might put her in a better mood nope than 2 high school kids came in never even said hi welcome in or nothing when my order was done she placed it on the counter never said it was mine I just knew cuz I was the only one that had already placed my order I thank you have a great day and nothing in return I have been in fast food industry for 30+ years a simple hi or bye is not that hard to say to keep people coming back 10 foot rule is a good tool to use
