often burnt. The drive-thru is always backed up, and the service is slow. I miss the days when the hot light was on, and you knew you were getting a fresh, warm donut. The only reason I come here now is for their Key Lime Pie donut, which is still delicious. Overall, the quality has gone downhill, and it's just not the same experience as it used to be.
