People above us sounded like they were bowling at 7 in the morning and stomping around, called front desk only to find out they put us under the house cleaning room! this will be our 3rd time staying here and last, thanks for the $25 refund, what a joke we will never be back and will not recommend this place to anyone
the staff at the hotel check-in was so incredibly rude to us this evening. this would have been our third visit there, but we had to cancel our reservation my husband and I, because the credentials they wanted last time for the room deposit they didn't want this time. last time they took a Peppermill/ Western Village gift card, and this time they wanted a credit card having our name on it. they don't take any prepaid cards like PayPal which I had with my name on it that was not...read full review
