I ordered the bigger plate, 1/2 fried rice and half chow mein. The noodles and rice were dry, and flavorless. The noodles were much better after I added soy sauce. Very busy location, minimal wait when I arrived.
I noticed they were extremely busy with take out / delivery orders.
I recognized the staff as working fast and efficient but none were smiling or seemed to enjoy their job.
I also recognized take out orders were priority and reps filled containers to the brim.
When it was my turn I waited patiently as they prepped more take outs and then when it was my turn my plate wasn’t filled up as much...
