Starbucks is a popular coffee shop with a loyal customer base. The staff is generally friendly and competent, though the quality of drinks can vary depending on the barista. The drive-thru service can sometimes be slow and disorganized, leading to long wait times and incorrect orders. However, certain menu items, like the chocolate crème cold brew, are consistently well-made. Customers appreciate the efforts of most baristas and the quality of certain menu items.
The location in the Iron Horse Shopping Center offers convenient, free parking, including handicap access. The interior is neat, clean, and inviting, with the option of indoor or outdoor seating. Customers are often cheerfully greeted by the staff, who strive to provide excellent service. The wait for orders is typically short, and the coffee is consistently delicious. Customers appreciate the efficient online ordering option, which allows them to pick up their orders quickly.
