I ordered the combo pizza, added stuft crust, red onion and Canadian bacon. Pizza showed up without any of the toppings that come on a combo pizza. It just had the red onion and Canadian bacon. I ordered through a third party delivery, whom refunded me the amount of my tip, that's it. I called the Pizza Guys and the manager agreed it was their mistake, but wouldn't do anything to make it right. He advised me to order through them directly next time, then he would fix any mistakes. Are you serious? Why would I ever order a other pizza from a place that doesn't even know what comes on their own pizza? To give them another chance to totally mess up my order? So they then could right their wrong? They admittedly were the ones who made the mistake. I would have driven over there for the correct pizza. No thank you, would not recommend. I feel cheated. A stuft crust pizza with two toppings would have cost a whole lot less than what I payed! C'mon, why would I order a combo and then just have all the toppings removed? Silly. Do better. I get it, mistakes happen. But make it right. By the time I gave up and finally ate the pizza it wasnt very good. I don't know if it would have been much better fresh but I guess I'll never know. Shoulda ordered Grimaldi's.

Thank you, Pizza Guys, for giving my husband and me the worst experience at this location. Who knew that picking up a pizza could go so badly? They overcharged us, didn’t honor the 30% discount, and then wanted to argue and lie about it. The pizza wasn’t fresh, nor was the pasta. The salads are overpriced and barely fill the bowl. The tomato sauce tastes old.
Just pitiful customer service. Lousy food. I would NEVER recommend!

I don't eat pizza very often, but sometimes I like to have one. That said, I decided to call and have one delivered as I had recieved and add in the mail. I have not ordered from then before. I decided to have an offer of two med, that way we could have two different pizzas. They said it would be at least 45 min. for delivery - ok. Before 30 min. I recieved a text that it was out for delivery; (I'm not far away). Sure enough, within minutes there was a knock at my door. The pizzas were fresh, hot, and plenty of toppings. These pizzas (we shared) were the BEST i've had for a long, long time. The saugage was like med. meatballs, mushrooms were sliced not diced, peppers bite-size, good stringing cheese, sauce all the way to the edges, and a great crust! (I like pizzas with lots of food on them and this had all of that. I'm sure if you are a boring cheese lover only, it would also be delightful. I will order from them again the next time I'm hungery for a great pizza.

This place is great. Food is next level. The Employees and Staff are incredible. They have an all you can eat buffet from 11am to 2pm. Very cheap for the Quality. Shorty is very friendly and cares about the experience here. Thanks guys
