I absolutely love this place! The pho is by far the best in town! They have the best garlic broth for the vegetable pho. The scallion pancakes and spring rolls are also amazing! I would recommend this place to any and everyone! It’s my favorite! 🙌🏻 🔥
Wow! Delicious! I’ve had several different items off their menu over the years and I’ve always enjoyed it. My recent favorites are the Pho and the pork summer rolls. Soooooo good! Prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the dishes is very high. I’ve never dined in, but everything was very clean (even the ceilings and light fixtures which is not true of many other small businesses). We’ve gotten food to go twice and both times have been excellent! The food is great, we love the pan fried noodles, the potstickers, and the vermicelli noodles. I can’t review service since we’ve only gotten take out. But the person answering phones and grabbing the food has always been very nice. This is a hidden gem here in sparks!

Gao's Noodle House | Vietnamese & Chinese offers authentic, freshly made dishes. The salt and pepper tofu and soup options are not overly oily or salty/spicy, with nice authentic tasty tofu/egg plant dishes, good for vegetarians if you know what to order. The Pho is insanely delicious, with a light but full of flavor broth, lots of noodles, meat, and toppings. The regular chow mein is good, and the shrimp chow mein was described as the best ever. The Chicken Pho is recommended for when sick, and the rare beef and flank pho is delicious. The Flame Broiled Pork with vegetable egg roll is very good. The hot & sour soup is unique and quite enjoyable. Summer rolls are very fresh with amazing peanut sauce. The dining area is small and quiet, not overly busy and loud. Service is great, with a quick waiter who checks in without being too often. Portions are good, and the entire menu is more than affordable.
