“I spent a long time looking for a place with decent Vietnamese banh bao in Reno/Sparks that my mother would actually eat. This place fits that need. Now we don't have to travel to Little Saigon to find something she'll eat. Clean and nice atmosphere with a friendly girl working the counter. Great selection of drinks, and they also sell banh mi. Highly recommended! Thumbs up!“

“999 Pho is the largest pho restaurant I’ve ever been in, and it was packed — in the best way. Before you could even get your bearings at the door, they were already seating you. Service was fast without ever feeling rushed, which is a rare combination.

The food was excellent. The deep-fried egg rolls were a standout, and they came with a generous portion of pickled carrots — something I truly appreciated, because most places give you a sad little pinch of them. Not here. All the food arrived hot, which sounds basic but matters more than people realize.

I also tried oxtail for the first time. Worth it.

Five stars. I’ll be back, and I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone.“

“Am an Asian who is super picky with my Pho. Came here without much expectations but was very pleased at how good the Pho is. The broth was just on point, with slices of lime and fish sauce provided alongside to adjust it to my liking.

Best of all - the staff, including Christine, were friendly and my order was served piping hot in just under 2 mins.“

“I only been there twice with my hubby and family. I had several of there dishes and they were all amazing. My favorite appetizer is the octopus balls. Love the chicken pho soup and the teriyaki bento box was great too. Very inviting Cozy atmosphere. Services and staff are great too. Many options to make the dishes more flavorfull and spicier as well. Great portion size for the price as well! Very happy this spot is right down the road from my work. “Best Vietnamese restaurant in Reno. We ate here for the first time last night and can’t wait to go back. The two waitresses were so lovely and helpful. The food here taste like real Vietnamese food. The Cha Gio was the best tasting we have had since moving here 8 months ago. . We also had delicious Singapore noodles and a hot pot. We will go back often. Only thing we would wish to change is that we would love to see a bahn mi sandwich served here. I am sure it would be delicious. We have not had a good one since we moved here.“

“I always get the combination plates they are always good to me, hot and fresh. There’s something’s I won’t order for delivery which is the sushi and the Pho I feel like you should dine in for things like that. No complaints I order here at 2 times a week.“
