I go to this location a lot and they always have really good service. I usually order online and pick up and my order is always ready when I get there. Today I ordered online and when I went to pick up they stated they didn't have my order. I showed them my receipt on my phone and they got their manager. She came out and apologized for the mistake and made my order herself. She also upgraded one of my drinks to the large size for the mistake/wait. Excellent customer service!
Waited less than a minute and I was waited on, paid my bill, served, and out the door. Treated very well by the young staff!
I mean..it was all right.
