Food is always good, service is terrible, when toasting multiple sandwiches extract the bread on top of each other so it gets soggy and when asking to do it individually they argue and say no that's how they have to do it. They close incredibly early, go to wedge Pkwy instead

It should be zero stars but this is the best they got 15 bucks for a bread and mustard Mayo sandwich because clearly they never put but 2 tissue thin slices of lunch meat and I could see through the one slice of provolone cheese I'm not sure what that was oh I know it's a rip off

I work around the area, and theres a lot of signs about using mobile ordering for convenience and what not, but as of lately i feel like my order ends up being the last one. More often my order gets forgotten then made prior to me arriving, and as a worker in the area, i have limited amount of time for my lunch breaks, and I understand things happen, but when its more common to forget orders then not, it becomes a bit concerning as to if i even want to use mobile ordering if its the same as ordering in person

I came here have not had port of subs in almost a year had my heart set on it and closed at 3 on a Saturday you don’t close anything on Saturday early I won’t stop here again

I'm from out of town but have been traveling to one of our businesses in the area recently. The first time out a few months ago I was stoked to find a Port of Subs nearby. When I got there who I am assuming is the manager was sitting outside at the table with a staff member and just belittling him. I did not stick around long enough to hear what it was about, but if someone ever talked to me the way he was talking to him I would quit on the spot. I was going to get a sandwich anyways, but I glanced at the prep area and it was just a mess and I wanted nothing to do with it. I figured whatever that conversation was outside was probably related to what I saw.
I was back out there again last week and went to give it another go. There was a line but I waited. By the time it was my turn to ordered I noticed all the veggies looked nasty. The cucumbers were dry, so were the pickles and olives. The lettuce was brown and wilted and did not look appetizing at all. Basically, it looked like everything at the prep station had been sitting out in the warm gas station for hours. I was committed though and got my wrap. It ended up tasting OK, but this was the first and also last time I will be going to this one. I'll stick to my regular Port of Subs back home where this has never been an issue.

Ordered a LG New York Strip with extr cheese. Guy put roast beef on sandwich, when I asked him about it he said ohh. That how it's sliced. Hum sliced different then the 15 other stores I've been too and taste diffrent. Also they skimp on the meat. Iv seen the other stores when they weight, this one cuts pay premium prices for shotty meal. Meal cost 15$
