Having lived in Southeast Asia for 3 years, my expectations for a boba tea is very high. This place was nowhere near good enough even for Reno standards, but since we don’t have enough of such places I don’t want to give bad rating and I really wanna support but they gotta act and significantly improve their quality for the very high price that they are charging.

I was looking forward to a refreshing drink after walking for hours in the mall.
Drink was ok but I had higher expectations with the boba pearls. It was flavorless and chewy.
I had the avocado milk tea and it didn’t taste like avocado ? at all.
The place is nice and clean, they have restrooms inside which is a plus. Nice ambience and music choice.
They had fast service and I appreciate it. However, the cashier wasn’t much helpful or welcoming....
