Cold coffee from drive thru….had to go in to get another coffee. Nothing hot was brewed. I said, “this is Starbucks and you have no hot coffee to serve?”
he said, “some workers don’t know how to rebrew coffee”…so just hand people cold coffee for $4? This is our young working generation these days. And no, I was not as rude as I could have been.
I’ll go to McDonlads next time. At least it’s hot.
We are soooo done with Starbucks. Why even have the option to pickup in person on the app when the stores won’t let you pick it up in person and forcing you to get in the ridiculous drive through line after you’ve ordered? Another drink down the drain - we don’t have time for this BS. Get your store status and the app in sync!

Starbucks offers a pleasant atmosphere with good tunes and friendly staff. The drive-thru baristas are very friendly and always in a cheerful mood, providing great and thoughtful customer service. The iced grande hazelnut chocolate cold brew with foam was delicious. Despite being a little overpriced, it is a welcoming place to enjoy a hot coffee and relax. Someone is always cleaning and there are never any issues.
