Today was our first and last attempt to try Seeet Frog. My family showed up at 12:20 pm on a Saturday afternoon. On the door the hours clearly stated it opened at noon. However, the doors were locked. There was a worker at the register. She waved us away and mouthed they weren’t open. Whatever the reason may be, she should have at least opened the door to say if it was going to be a few minutes and they were running minutes behind or if they weren’t opening at all. We are now going to Yogurt Beach and will continue to go there. A little decency and effort could have gone a long way here. Unimpressed by the service.

Absolutely the worst!!! Machines have supposedly been broken for 8+ months on 4-5 different visits, each time assuming “they must be fixed by now, right?” Nope, still broken. How do you even keep a business open when it’s operated like this? Such a shame too as it’s at the bottom of the hill from where we live & we’d probably go there 1-2x/week if it wasn’t such a disappointing experience for the last 8+ months. Fix your machines or close your doors.

Nice and clean area with a nice employee. The place is pretty hidden and when checked on the map the icon is placed elsewhere. I suggested and edit and hopefully that fixes it in the future. The yogurt was great and seating was comfortable. Would 100% come again

Today i visited sweet frog on vista and was greeted with excellent customer service by a girl named Alyssa. I enjoyed the upbeat atmosphere as well as the tasty frozen treat! I will definitely be coming back!
The froyo was amazing and the cashier was super friendly.

only thing I would say needed improvement was the cleanliness of the tables. all dirty with no one but us there. even came out to clean but not the tables.
