Horrible service and extremely rude the cashier said she was the owner and I highly doubt it because I don’t think the owner would treat people the way she treated me and my family she didn’t even speak English and she probably didn’t even have papers to be in the country in the first place its 3:30 pm Nov 7 th I didn’t get the ladies name but real owners should know how the employees are treating their customers.Never come here she tried to up charge me $3.50 for lettuce and the dish is supposed to come with it so I walked out and she cussed me out and told us to never come back again because we caught her in the act .Busted can never be trusted. A Buisness owner would never do that there was kids and this lady was cussing .Hard pass on this restaurant.

This little place is tucked in the back of a gas station market. The service is top notch, although I will suggest learning basic Spanish to communicate any special requests. I asked for a knife and they couldn’t understand me after a few times I asked for one. At both of my visits to the restaurant. However, the workers here at Nevada Taco Grill in Sparks are some of the nicest & most helpful people I’ve met at a fast food joint.

Always ask for a receipt here. The lady at the drive through gave us something we didn’t even order and charged us for it even though we NEVER asked for it, and our order was simple it was 3 burritos. When we got to the window she repeated the order and we told her no we did not order that and gave her the correct order and she still charged us for it and didn’t give us a receipt. The total came out to 71$ which is ridiculous.
I discovered this place after the covid shutdowns, when restaurants couldn't find people, so they were all closing early. I was driving around at 11 at night trying to find something open, and I saw their sign at a gas station in the diatance... like a divine ray of sunshine, shining through the clouds, it gave me hope....and I was not disappointed. Their breakfast burritos are heavenly, and their tortas are to die for. 100 stars.

The lady at the drive through window took it upon herself to hit the 20% tip option before handing over the electronic card reader, good thing we caught it & asked for it to be voided, they offered no apologies & the lady was extremely rude after she was caught. This review is mainly to make the public aware. Make sure you check before you put in your pin or sign at these restaurants. They’re literally robbing us under our nose! Drive thru tip? Yeah, no thanks!

I had high hopes for this place, but the food is for sure sub-par. It was luke warm when we got it. The torta I ordered was not toasty, it was soft and soggy. This location was ina gas station, so I didn't go in with high expectations for the atmosphere, but it was worse than expected. No issues with the service, but we won't be returning. There are plenty of other restaraunts in town offering a similar product that tastes much better.
