SPARKS LOCATION- Sorry I had to say this: I got the Pineapple whip Italian soda, and it was prepared terribly. It just tasted like soda water with cream on top (cream wasn’t too sweet). I didn’t taste the Pinapple flavor at all and I ended up throwing my drink away (as did my driver). The service was a bit passive aggressive (forced smiles, no eye contact) but it looks like 4 young girls in a tiny spot so idk. Overall though I was super dissatisfied with my purchase today. Hope this spot will improve menu and customer service.

We love Human Bean, however, this location leaves a lot to be desired. They normally mess up your order and being diabetic, we need sugar free syrups. All other locations in town have multiple sugar free flavors to pick from, not this location. Don't waste your time, go to one the others!

I went to get my java chip. As I was there, I realized I had a lot of questions I hadn’t asked before. So, I asked the kid behind the counter. He was a good sport and answered my questions at the end when I asked him about the old punch cards. He said he was new and hadn’t seen those.
I was trying to put the punch cards away, in a timely manner. I grabbed my drink pulled away and realized there were no chocolate chips or chocolate in my drink. There were three cars behind me and in the other lane, and the traffic was horrendous. I didn’t turn around because I didn’t want to wait again.
The drink didn’t taste good either, blended coffee. I had used all my points to buy a drink that didn’t even have chocolate chips, which was kind of the whole point of chocolate chip day! While the kid was trying to answer my questions, he dropped the ball on how to correctly make my drink. Most important part.
To add insult to injury, I was sipping on the drink despite missing all my goodies. ( I did say no whip) It was overfilled, so it spilled from the top holes and from the edges of the lid, dripping on my clothes.
I drove 15 minutes out of my way to come to the store to get my java chip, which I love. I even named my dog Coco Bean after your beans. 😂 So, I’m really disappointed. 😔

I come here far more then I care to admit. What can I say the drinks are good and consistent. The prices are what you can expect from an american coffee drink location. The menu is simple and they are really quick in getting people in and out. Location is easy to get to. Sometimes leaving can be a challenge due to traffic on pyramid if you have to turn north(left)
First time going was on Saturday, young man was so helpful with my order and the coffee was so good. I highly recommend to give them a try

I asked for a less sweet large shaken espresso and my barista made it perfectly. When they handed it to me, she even offered to remake it if it didnt taste good and when i tasted it i was genuinely surprised that she even needed to offer that. This thang is delicious. I didnt want to pull back though just to compliment the drink (I’m awkward), so i figured a good 5 star review was necessary. Ive always loved the Human Bean and they continue to be my favorite.
