The most anti-customer service place in Reno. Impossible to order with a phone call. They never answer or just hang up on you. This makes you go to the website and order on line, and after you have paid you find out you can't pick it up for 45 minutes to an hour.

Worst place we have been too! Not because of the business but the employees are absolutely horrible. No pride in their work. Goofing around and grown ass men acting like teens. Horrible horrible service!! Our order said pick up at 9:15 and it is now 9:50 and our entire order is cold, how does that happen how are you gonna be late with my order while I wait the entire time and it still be cold like you cooked it a while ago. Very very unsatisfied!!!!!!

Walked in and was told right off the bat there is only 1 person working and it's going to be a long wait. This place has been mediocre at best.. With the amount of options around I suppose wingstop can afford to have low quality, long wait times and terrible customer service. I'll go elsewhere from now on and spread the word that others should as well

Very poorly run location. Garbage on the floor, dirty tables and not even busy. Employees just hanging around. Ice machine didn't work order took 40 minutes. Zero customer service. Won't be back

Once again my order was delivered, missing some items. So annoying! It's an EASY JOB to make sure all is in the bag before it leaves the store. I'm pretty chill, but keep messing with my food because of your laziness & don't give a s***, I'm done. It's an easy job guys. A little important thing called quality control. Hello

I ordered one 10 piece boneless wing meal, one 3 piece tender meal and 5 corns. It was a delivery order. My drinks never even made it to my house. My fries weren’t even edible because of the amount of seasoning on them. So much lemon pepper is was powdery on the fries. And then to top it all off there’s no way to get a refund. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location. Do better when you charge $15 a meal.

Food is great. The lower rating is because of missing food and the attitude given we had to go pick up the rest.
We went in today and got the 75 piece wings. Took @30 minutes. I'd say that a good wait time for that large of an order. It was Ruby who put our order together. We ended up missing the mango habanero part of our order. When we called to let them know, the young lady who answered the home was very nice and remembered who we were and said no problem, she'd get them ready so we could go pick them up. We thanked her, hung up, and got ready to go get them.
The problem started when my husband went in to pick them up. My other informed them we called regarding the missing wings, we were told they were going to be ready for us to pick up, so here he was. Here comes the problem. ( For context, i didnt not go, lucky for them) Whoever he informed about this went to the back area, another guy came up front with the wings and told my husband "YOU COULD HAVE CHECKED THEM BEFORE YOU LEFT" proceeded to be rude to my husband. Again, he explained we called and spoke to a young lady and this is what she said. Mind you the guy already had our wings ready. He was just being a jerk. Was the attitude really necessary? It wasn't our fault we were missing food. We checked it as soon as we got home and called right away when we discovered the issue. Mind you, we have a car full of kids we needed to get home. While the food was great, Ruby was great, this other guy, the jerk, we will call him, made it unpleasant and because if him, I will spend my money in another establishment.

This location is terrible, they delivered my order and not only was it completely wrong but also really cold. I’ve also gone in person and it’s clear they are understaffed and it supported by higher ups. Also good luck getting a refund without going in store, as they don’t answer their phones. I will never order from this location again.

I am have had nothing but problems with my orders when ever going to this location. I usually choose to do pick up and I place my order online. They always fail to have it ready in the timeframe given. They have never gotten my whole order right. I reached out on wing stop.com to get help or possibly my money back and instead was given a $5.00 gift card though the latest two incidents cost me $55.00 and in one of the orders I didn’t even get my food. I will never go to this location or any other wing stop.

Stoped by to walk in & order. My DoorDash orders were horrible (that’s a hole other unpleasant experience). Cashier accidentally hit ā€œcheese friesā€, I can’t eat them, so I told him, he mumbled something. 10 minutes later he left. I Sat down and waited for my order. Lady walks in & orders, a few minutes after me. She’s ordered and asked how long, employee from the back, that took her order said about 20 minutes (wtf; then I noticed the numerous bags on a rack waiting to be picked up). My order finally showed up, sure enough, it was cheese fries. New guy quickly replaced the fries, which I’m pretty sure, were not seasoned. Got home and ate my order, fries and wings were hot, four of the wings were bbq and barely had sauce on them. My receipt had a survey on it, so I gave it a shot. See attached pictures .

This place has problems, avoid it!!
I’m never stepping foot inside this place again!!

Worst customer service in town. I spent $70 on some food to wait an hour. After waiting an hour my order was wrong. I ordered all flats and they gave drumsticks too. I waited another 30 minutes to get my wings right that I paid for. This is ridiculous because I was not prioritized. My order should of been the next wings to come out the fryer. I will never come to this location again this is the third time they did it this to me. What's so hard about reading all flats on a order ?
