Why does the food take over an hour when ordered ahead? The lack of working and urgency at this location is mind blowing. I have never had a quick and efficient experience here. All you are doing is cooking wings?!?!? Prices are way too high to get this sort of experience. Will not go to this location ever again, it needs to be shut down.

I ordered online for 8 and 10 pieces of wings. It took about over an hour wait. Then their drinks is out , service is bad and filthy. I never come back to this place ever again. Management should do something about it. Look at all the reviews. Really sad.

First Wingstop trip in Nevada. Ordered the garlic parmesan and haunted habanero classic wings. Unfortunately didn't find out till I got home that I got the Armageddon flavor instead of the haunted habanero. Oh, well. The wings were still pretty good and the snafu didn't warrant a return 30 to 45 minute return trip. The service was good and friendly, though.

Tried getting delivery twice in one night and both times they said someone grabbed it immediately but it never showed up. Second time the driver was there before it was done according to the app but it was still taken....

okay so first things first, orders are not on time. everything depends on the app now i guess because i order my food, and then wait almost an hour as i watch people get their orders that had just walked inside. like okay i guess we dont manage orders in order now. and then the atmosphere. dirty. everywhere. napkins on the floor, chicken on the floor, spill stains on the floor, etc. i almost tripped from how slippery the floor was. and the food was really soggy. i had to throw it away. money sure well spent. just dont come here, its not worth it.

Since they use DoorDash to deliver, there's no recourse if your food gets stolen when ordering delivery through the app. Spent a bunch of time trying to get a refund through the app, made a complaint through the app (never heard anything back), called the store several times, but wasn't able to get any resolution. Used to order a few times a month but never ordering from them again. Absolutely worthless customer service.
