Poor attitudes.

I don't normally post but I felt this was something that should be addressed. One of their staff that waited on us spoke VERY fast and low. When I commented on having difficulty hearing her, she gave me a terrible look and continued on. Thankfully the guy that was also helping us interrupted and took over as much as he could. I would hope spending around $45.00 for sandwhiches would warrant a little better customer service. Thank goodness the food and the other employee made it worth the trip.

This is the most disgusting Subway I have ever been to. First both girls were in the back. They finally came out one chewing her food. They totally screwed up the order. When we got home we ended up throwing the sandwich’s out as there was a hair in mine. Disgusting and rude. Both of them. If you want food poisoning this is the dump to go to.

I have ordered twice from the subway app and both times our sandwiches have been wrong. Missing bacon and avocado, wrong bread, not toasted when asked for toasted. It sure would be nice if instructions were followed. The printed receipt was correct, the sandwiches not correct. But you can bet they charged for the bacon and avocado.

They are always so nice inside and even when it's busy I don't have to wait for very long. It's clean with clean restrooms.

Went here to subway to grab lunch on a Tuesday at almost 11 am and they were closed. No note, tried to call no answer. On door says business hours are Monday through Sunday 9am to 9pm. Very disappointed. I will not try to eat here again!

Every time I place an online order they do not make it correctly. The premise behind the online order is for when you had a hectic day you can just go pick it up and go. Never fells, I have to drive the 15 minutes back to the location and have them remake something. Instead of taking responsibility they always blame it on a coworker or being short staffed. They do not try to resolve the issue at all. Today, when I took my wrap back again, I asked the person behind the counter if online ordering was just not something that this location should be doing. I asked her if she thought that maybe just coming in and ordering was better because of it. She said yes. She would not place an online order. If this location is not able to handle online ordering, you should look into removing that option for the customer.

If it was a option I would leave a Zero star review. The last three times I've been into this location, the same employee states he can't take any orders because the system is down. And that his boss will be in an hour to fix it. Guess what when you go back he tells you the same thing. Whoever manages this location needs to maybe hire someone that wants to work.
