Been here 3x in the last year. So I feel confident it's not a one time bad experience but just a poorly run shop. I get it's in the casino/hotel so it will be pricy for the convenience. However, the coffee is always bad and extremely watery. Our scone we ordered yesterday was in a plastic bag and borderline frozen still. And lastly they are always understaffed. Extremely long wait times every morning. They only have two employees working. They try their best, but it is not enough to keep up with the customers. After about ten minutes of barely moving, most of the people towards the end of the line just give up and leave.

Service is AWFUL!!! The guy working here was rude and disrespectful. We were next to order and asked a simple question and got yelled the answer. Then we waited 5 mins (while at the register) while he turned around and did something else. Then looked at us as if he had just seen us for the first time. If it wasn't right in the lobby of the hotel I was staying at I wouldn't have come. Avoid and go to Starbucks in Harvey's.
