Stayed over the weekend for the first time. The property was breathtaking! Food was very yummy. I had a facial with Gina and she was a gem of a human. SAL the manager was so awesome at resolving our late check-in dilemma as our room wasn’t already. I live in Reno and I will definitely be back! I don’t think I’ve ever felt that relaxed in years

I'm currently having issues with the Reservations Manager with a refund of a deposit made on a stay for the end of the month. I've canceled within the 7 day policy. But am being told the bank won't allow the refund to go through. But my bank on the other hand is telling me it should be able to go thru without a problem. So currently I'm being told by edgewood to do a charge back through my bank to get my refund! What a mess!! Very unhappy I have to deal with this to get my refundable...read full review
