“I appreciate the service and the customer service experience overall from the staff. I was starving and was literally about to go to the gym when I stopped by to get a slider, some chicken tenders and fries. the cashier notice I was short in change so, him and his manager assisted me with my order, thus exceeding my day with gratitude and appreciation I had to compliment them in person and with this feedback. I didn't expect them to go out there way to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of. I worked in customer service and in the fast food industry before and helping the customer definitely made my day on both ends. Thank you and I appreciate the service.“

“The staff here are so busy and still find time to smile and welcome you in the store. I appreciate how they serve food to standard always hot and orders are constantly correct. Yall need a raise. Name the story is cleaning. All of the tables are clean crazy little dirt on the floor. Great job.“

“The drive through was slow to the point of being unacceptable. They were, busy, but nowhere near as busy as they are at times like lunch rush. 24 minutes from the time I arrived until I received my order and left. The food was great, but not worth that kind of wait.“

“1st time here, although long time Reno resident. Impressed. I have noticed that this property has been constantly busy since opening. food was good and much more impressed with Service. people constantly attentive to me. including taking my tray from me as I was leaving. manager Sergio here for 1 year still able to off for me a smile and Professional Service all the many employees that I saw all seem to be busy doing their jobs“

“Came in after seeing the new waffle promo on tv got a tender meal with a side of mac n cheese and before i could finish filling my drink my order was ready to go and it did not disappoint tenders were quite large and tasty full of flavor mac n cheese was nice and creamy and the waffle was perfect.“

“I went in to buy my husband and I each a 3 piece meal. Was greeted with a beautiful smile from Ishmael. He was excellent. Best service EVER. The restaurant was spotless. So clean. The chicken was hot and delicious. What a wonderful lunch. I took it home to surprise my hard working husband. He was absolutely Delighted. Thanks again Ishmael for your exceptional attitude. We will be back.“

“The food there is really good and the chicken is always tender. There's was not one time that the chicken was really dry nor uncooked. I recommend going here for a quick stop when your hungry. The prices are great and everything almost tastes homemade. So definitely really good 👍“
