We we’re traveling through the area and saw the A&W sign and had to stop. Haven’t had the opportunity to have A&W since we left our hometown in Ohio. This place was awesome! We happened upon Tuesday Coney day, which was great. Quite a savings. $1.99 each coney dog. The Coney dogs were perfectly made, and we really enjoyed their sauce. The food was good, and the dining room was quite cozy. I usually don't drink Root Beer, but I gotta say - they actually know how to serve it! The service was okay. Nevertheless, I found it a bit expensive, as the portions weren't very big.
Very pleasant surprise! Clean. Well stocked. Young lady with brunette hair behind counter was terrific. Excellent customer service skills, well spoken, attentive and polite. Food much better than expected. Once you are in you can not tell you are in casino.
