Awesome place and ambiance, the view, if you’re lucky enough to get the seat by the window is out of this world. A fun place to hang out with good drinks and a friendly bartender. We didn’t try the food this trip so can’t comment on that.
If you are in Virginia City, this is a great spot. Super friendly bar tenders, great local crowds, and there was a band playing. We had a super fun time, we didn't want to leave.
If you're ever in Reno/Tahoe area you need to visit Virginia City. It's a gem of an old mining town. So much history here. Old mines, saloons and the people dress as cowboys, gun belts and all. Bucket of Blood is just one of many interesting places along the main street. The sidewalks are wooden! Early September they have camel and ostrich races.
