This location was mostly converted to kiosk ordering, but there was a person at the counter, unlike other locations that I've been to. We chose to order and pay at the kiosk. I seem to struggle to get a receipt at these kiosks because once you pay, it flashes across so quickly, I always miss the opportunity to request a printed receipt. THERE FRENCH FRYS HAVE GOTTEN REALLY BAD ?. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS FORGETTING TO GIVE YOU SOMETHING ON YOUR ORDER. I HATE HAVING TO GO BACK FOR WHAT THEY FORGOT. SORRY MCDONALDS BUT I'M ONLY BEING HONEST. I STILL THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HARD WORK. GOD BLESS YOU ALL ?.

McDonald’s is iconic. But fast food, and service change, gone are the happy employees asking “Welcome to McDonald’s, May I take your order” Now the corporation wants you to use the App or the kiosk if you order in the building. The Drive Thru is still a thing of convenience, expedites if you are in a rush, and helps minimize human interaction.
