My husband stopped to bring a bucket of chicken home for a nice Friday treat. He ordered half grilled and half crispy. The grilled was so dry like it had been sitting under the lights all day long. My husband took a bite of the Crispy chicken, and there was a big long hair in the breading on the chicken. Completely ruined the meal. We tossed everything in the garbage and will never go there again.
Food was nice and hot, service was good, was fresh and light not dark like when the oil they fry it in is old. Price was good, order taker was helpful and friendly

KFC disappointed with small portions and lackluster food quality. Despite friendly service and a clean environment, the mini chicken pieces and skimpy sides left much to be desired. The combination with Long John Silver's, a combo restaurant, did not impress either, with dry and unappetizing dishes. However, the fast service and convenience of self-serve drinks are positives. Customers often visit for the food, especially the fish and chips, which are described as the best fast food fish and shrimp, if you like beer battered fish. The staff is helpful and friendly, making customers feel welcome, and orders are quick to prepare, with some comments noting they are in and out in about 10 minutes. Despite some issues like mashed potatoes and gravy sitting too long or only having one extra crispy chicken leg available, the overall experience is improving, and many customers plan to return. Consider giving the KFC menu a try instead for a potentially better meal.
