Some of the worst employees I have ever come across.... that was if you could get their attention. The manager was the rudest woman ever. She was so glued to her phone that even after raising my voice a little, she didn't respond. If all you want is people going through the drive-thru/using the app, then lock the doors and post that. Some of us like to go into a restaurant and talk to a person/give them our order. It's part of going out.

I was in the restaurant around 6:30 in the morning. I witnessed the bitter and nasty treatment of the customers ( about 4) by the fat girl working at the counter. I am away this is McDonalds, and there workforce is generally from the shallow end of the gene pool, but the fat woman was just out of control!!! Horrible way to start off your morning.

We stopped here on a road trip and after 25 minutes, I left without the mocha I ordered. My family ate their entire meal while I waited for my coffee. The picture below is me leaving without the coffee I paid for. That’s $4 and 25 minutes of my life I will never get back.

I put in a mobile order for 2 iced caramel macchiatos and one medium fry. I pull up to the speaker, and I’m told that he’ll be with me in just a minute. 2 cars in the right speaker had their orders taken, went up to the window, and had left by the time I had decided to pull up as well. Also noting, while we sat waiting for 10 minutes at the speaker, the guy on the intercom left his mic on and was talking and cussing to his coworkers but couldn’t hear me at the speaker. When I pulled up to the window, I was ignored again for a couple more minutes while he fiddled with the drive thru register, until he tried to hand me somebody else’s order without asking me what I ordered in the first place. I told him I had placed a mobile order, and he told me to pull off to space 2, and we’d receive it soon. We wait 10 more minutes, watching everyone else receive their orders (about 4-5 cars) until another car has to park. The associate YELLS across the drive thru from the window that I need to pull up to space 1. Then the guy behind us that pulled into space 2 receives his order and leaves. Then the associate comes out and tries to hand us the wrong order again. So he goes back inside, we wait even longer. We pull to the front to speak to the manager, and the associates ignore us until the manager with the crusty red hair comes up to us and says that she can’t fulfill a refund because the order was correct and her staff wouldn’t make us wait that long. By the time we left, the bank statement from us paying & arriving was almost 30 mins. The coffees we received when we walked in to ask the manager where our order was ready were wrong, & the fries were cold by the time we left. Not sure how this McDonald’s is still running.

Never come here.They charge more than any other McDonald's I've ever been too, (7.20 for deluxe mcchicken, everywhere else is 5$, 3.14 for hot and spicy which is 1.50 everywhere else.Sauces are extra.And the worker got attitude with me when they brought us the wrong drink. Definitely won't be coming back

I ordered a Frappuccino from the app. I waited in spot 4 for my order, a really nice gal came out to inform me that the Frappuccino machine was down, so I switched my order to an iced coffee, after she returned back inside, I decided to go in and get it from her so she doesn't need to make another trip outside, once inside, I witnessed the staff interacting with each other, everyone was so happy and courteous to each other, I just wanted The Winnemucca McDonald's to know you have a great team.
