McDonald's Reviews
The burgers are over cooked, the buns are hard, the cheese is rubbery, the drive through people are ignorant, the window people are incompetent, lazy, entitled members of Idiocracy. Seriously, I'm never going back. I've been coming to this McDonalds since it opened here in Winnemucca in the Mid 80s. I'm 51 and have been eating your burgers for over 48 years. and this is the best you can do after being opened for over 60 years? Seriously? What an embarassment to your community...read full review
This, restaurant can be very busy if you have certain managers working and they rather focus on their job is okay to a point I understand the world is upgrading, and you have to use the kiosk sometimes, but just because a white girl comes in, even though she has Spanish inner, but she's more white looking. McDonald's Winnemucca is located in a quiet, small town with a clean parking lot, dining area, and restrooms, along with a children's playground. The restaurant has received mixed reviews; some customers praised the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the dining area, even during busy times. One customer appreciated the quick service and the staff’s kindness, despite being in a hurry, while another was impressed with how well-kept the place was. The breakfast biscuits are still a highlight, described as the biggest and softest biscuits.
However, some concerns have been raised about unsanitary practices, such as an employee handling fries without gloves after using the bathroom. Portions can be small, with some customers mentioning that the sausage burrito is just a tortilla rolled with a few pieces of egg and sausage. Despite these issues, the staff remains friendly, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming.
The restaurant is kid-friendly with a small playground for children. Customers also noted that the drive-thru can be busy, especially since it is located just off the highway, near the billing station. During a power outage caused by a fire, McDonald's was one of the few businesses that reopened quickly, with the staff managing a huge line efficiently. The restaurant kept orders correct, and despite shortages like bacon, customers were very impressed with the service during that busy time.
