Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a Get Well Soon gift basket for a family member after an ER visit, expecting next-day delivery as promised on their website. It took a full week to arrive, and when it finally did, it was the completely wrong basket—none of the described items were in it, and it wasn’t even the right container. To make things even more frustrating, the company ignored two of my emails when I asked for delivery updates.
I emailed the company about the wrong basket and got zero response. I had to hunt down the owner’s personal email just to get an answer. She apologized and said she’d fix it, which I appreciated—until the replacement arrived today and was somehow even worse. The basket contained expired food, including an item that expired in 2023. How is that even acceptable?!
This was supposed to be a thoughtful gift for someone recovering from a medical emergency, and instead, I got a late, incorrect, and expired disaster.
Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere—unless you want to gift someone food that belongs in the trash.

I am out of state and I ordered a last minute basket for my daughter and her fiancée for Easter. The owner was so kind and accommodating. The basket was delivered the next day and filled with freshly baked cookies and lots of treats. The cost of the basket and delivery was more than fair, and my daughter was enjoying the cookies when she called me to let me know it was delivered. She said they were very good. The basket itself was very nicely put together. I will absolutely order from this business again in the future.

I bought the "An Aspirin a Day" gift basket for my grandmother after she came back from the hospital. I live 3 hours away and wanted to send something from a local business. I found One of a Kind Gift, placed the order online on Saturday, and it was delivered the next day! Not only did it arrive much quicker than I had expected, but it was so beautiful and full of so many goodies! My grandma and grandpa both teared up at how nice it was and were just gushing over all the homemade treats. The ordering experience was easy and the result was well worth it - you get so much for the price and it's clear that it was made with care!
