Alias Coffee is the kind of spot that makes you want to become a “regular.” The coffee is smooth, flavorful, and clearly made with care (no burnt espresso vibes here). The vibe is modern but cozy—like the kind of place where you can both get work done and lose track of time chatting with a friend. Grabbed a hot chocolate, a chocolate croissant, and a cortado. Great astmosphere, and a cool place to sit and hang out. The hot chocolate was deliciously rich in flavor, but not overwhelming. The croissant was soft. They also have great vegan options as well!
