Very disappointed in the food. Steaks were over cooked and dry, service was not the greatest, salad bar was lacking and the greeting staff was dressed as they were ready for bed and the other one didn't even look up from her phone. Very disappointing
I'm seeing there's already bad reviews based on the food, but I also just won't give money to a business run by racists/fascists.
I hadn't been to the Barnsider in many years, in part due to reports of friends that the place had slipped and the food was terrible. As a friend's birthday party was held there last week, I dined as part of a large party. I ordered the crab casserole with prime rib, with baked potato. The prime rib was essentially flavorless.
The baked potato had a crusty, well-baked skin, but it obviously had been baked earlier that day - or the day before? - and was half heated...read full review
