A wonderfully delicious and healthy surprise in the food court! I have diabetes and celiac disease and the staff was amazingly helpful as I selected healthy ingredients for two delicious bowls. I could eat here every day!

I'm actually blown away. This food does NOT taste like it came from a food court. It's so fresh and delicious. Very reasonable price and the owner is super friendly!

I did the build your own bowl with purple rice, black beans, kimchi, broccoli, red cabbage, carrots, bulgogi beef and spicy mayo! I feel pretty confident you can put any of the toppings in your bowl and it will work.

I will be back! New fav spot at Crossgates.

Don’t sleep on this place. I had overlooked it many times until finally, when looking for a healthier option, gave it try. I was surprised. Really good and fresh food. Very nice staff. Highly recommend…
