I did an online order for a 5:30PM pickup. My app indicated that the order had been ready at 4:49PM. I got to the restaurant on time. Initially they couldn't find my pizzas. After about 10 minutes, I asked that they check the boxes that were sitting off to the side. One of my pizzas were there. They gave it to me, it was not hot. They served about 12 additional orders while I waited (the place was packed). There was still no sign of my pizza. When I politely asked, a staff person came from the register area and began aggressively yelling at me telling me the store was busy and I needed to wait my turn. I tried to explain that one of my pizzas was cold but he was too aggressive and ignorant to listen to that. He demanded that I wait for the other pizza. I asked for a refund and he said I would still need to get in the back of the line in the store to obtain a refund. The manager or supervisor came. He offered to refund me from the back. He didn't bother to listen to my FOOD SAFETY CONCERNS about my pizza sitting out for potentially AN HOUR while I waited for the second pizza, which came out an hour later. This is ridiculous. Do go here.

Out of 5 employees working, only one moving with a sense of purpose during busy time. Rest moving like pond water. Majority of toppings bins empty, would be nice if listed on menu board. Sauce for cheesy bread cold. Blood orange lemonade was good. Overall disappointing experience.

Ordered pizza for an early dinner via Grubhub. Ordered it at 4:10. Around 5 it was delayed and then eventually got cancelled because the restaurant stopped taking orders. They were taking orders when we placed it at 4:10 so how it is fair that it was cancelled?

From the moment I walked into the Albany blaze restaurant.I had a feeling I should just leave. Instantly all I smelled was the inside of a garbage pail. I then went and no one was in line which was not a good indicator of the restaurant but the person who was making the pizza told me to wait a few minutes and he would help. After waiting about 5 minutes and looking on exactly how dirty the restaurant was. I began to think I was in Harlem. EVeryone behind the counter wearing dew rags. I began to feel like I was in a pizzeria. In Troy, New York that used to sell you pizzas with extra anchovies. Underneath the pizza was cocaine. So after getting the pizza and not finding any cocaine underneath it. I realized it was just a dirty pizzeria. I will not be returning. If I could have left a 0. I would have.

There was a girl, tall, very short black hair, who was doing the cheese and sauce today and she was incredibly rude. She had no personality, she put the smallest handful of cheese on our pizzas, and when we politely asked for more, she rolled her eyes and again put the tiniest amount on. We asked again for a little more cheese, and she did the same thing, rolled her eyes and put a very small amount on. She was incredibly messy, she got sauce and cheese all over. I will not be returning to this location.

I gave it 3 because the toppings were fresh. Pizza was freezing cold and crust a bit too well done for me burnt a bit. However items tasted fresh and after reheating it was better. Advice would be to get heaters that deliver hot pies.
