I was in the area this evening so decided I'd order from Blaze since I haven't been there in a few years. When I arrived there were a fair number of customers waiting but the store didn't seem excessively busy. My food was ready a little before 8 pm, which is when the website indicated it would be, so I didn't experience any of the long delays others have.
I initially received my order missing a pizza, which I luckily realized before I left.
When I got home, I discovered one of my pizzas was missing the fresh mozz, which was the only cheese on that pizza. It still tasted good, but between the lack of cheese and too much sauce (it was supposed to have dollops but was drowning in sauce) the toppings were just a soggy mess. Yet another pizza was completely missing the BBQ sauce base. I also ordered a Green Goddess salad with dressing on the side and it was missing the dressing. Definitely disappointing, but my past experiences have been better so I may give them another try if I'm in the area again.

You pick your own crust and toppings. Thin crust and the red sauce is fine . Good for 2 people maybe just one. Make the call when you get there. Then it moves down to the oven. Like a production line for pizza. Not bad.
Insanely understaffed. Ordering online takes four times as long as standing in the way too long line. Why am I consistently waiting 30 minutes past my pickup time for a singular pizza. Not interested in coming back until yall can figure out how to handle 10 pizzas at once.

To start off the place is very gloomy. Looking around you can see it hasn’t been cleaned well. Dirt and other items in the corners. When ordering the one girl could barely speak loud enough to hear. Had to repeat things multiple times. It looked like all she was there for was a paycheck and didn’t care about anything else. The pizza taste was good but it was very runny. The area by the drink machine was sticky and not clean. Then by the trash you could see all the build up on the walls which looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months.

This is the worst blaze restaurant out there. Their service is very slow, i placed an order to be ready by 630 and 30 minutes went by and it still wasnt ready. Then when i asked for a refund, the “ manager “ couldnt print me a receipt and said he had to escalate it to the district manager to process the refund. Sounds ridiculous!!!! do NOT go to this one, theyre terrible every time! The manager was also rude
