Eat there and your clothes will stink to high heaven for several days. The place smells like grease and it's poorly ventilated. Food is suitable for carry-out.

Visited the restaurant today around lunch. The staff at the register need training on how to greet customers and how to understand their menu. She repeatedly ordered the incorrect food items for me (thank goodness I was reading the register). She did not know the menu especially when I said I had not visited the restaurant in the past. The food was disgusting and so not worth the price. Ordered a tuna sandwich with pasta salad. There was no pickle and the salad was literally dumped into the box. Why the hell is not in in a separate container. Never going here again or recommending it. The staff working at the food counter were constantly yawning with their mouths open all over the food. Gross. I blame management for hiring and then not training.

Food is always great. It’s like a real food version of Panera. Soups, sandwiches, wraps, all sorts of good. They are happy to customize or work with dietary restrictions. Staff behind the prep counter deserves gold stars for being so consistently pleasant to all the customers, even when something isn’t perfect.

It seems like lately it's hard to find high-quality tasty soup in the capital region. I like getting some of the classics here at bountiful bread. I will say I think the portions of the soup, the sandwiches, and the salads are kind of small and are over priced for their size, but I have always been happy with my order so I would continue to order just not frequently because it is a little bit expensive

picked up lunch for the first time in a while. ordered a cranberry chicken wrap, opened it when I got home to find no cranberries, no grapes, about a teaspoon of shredded cheese clumped in one end, in one of the sloppiest wrapping jobs I've seen in a long time. ended up throwing most of it out, as the chicken salad itself was very salty. maybe if the staff weren't so busy joking around and socializing with each other they could actually do their jobs.

The food was terrible. The salmon bowl had very cold, salmon and freezing, cold grains. It felt like ingredients were defrosted and put on a bowl, and nothing else was done. The tuna sandwich was soggy and I was not able to even finish it because it tasted really bad. No care was put into the food. the food is very expensive. For that price expectations were not Met. The staff was busy, celebrating one of the employees birthdays, and did not care about the food preparation.

EDIT: Although I had the issue described below I was incredibly impressed with the integrity of this business - they made it right. They refunded the cost of my salad, and went the extra mile to send me a gift card so we could both try again. In a day were customer service is virtually non existent, this is everything. Bountiful Bread, I thank you!Got a Cobb salad and for $17 I expect more than just a tiny bowl filled with excess tomato and cucumber. Very disappointed, and I feel ripped off and hungry. This place used to be great and had phenomenal salads, but now not so much. The quality and care is severely lacking.
