The food here is amazing. Their breakfast/lunch menu has many delicious options to pick from. My favorite dish is the chocolate chip pancakes with sausage on the side.

It's a spacious room for a downtown lunch counter, with plenty of dine-in space and room to avoid tripping over each other while waiting. (I was there during a busy lunchtime.)
