Let me start off by saying I am a Dunkin Junkie. I love my dunkin coffees when I am in the office. This one is super quick with online orders. However todays order was a strikeout. The biscuit bites that I got were super soft, but definitely lacked flavor. And I was getting Turtle vibes upon reading the new Carmel&Chocolate flavor. However, nothing about that flavor is Turtles. The two kind ladies who helped me this morning were very friendly and professional. They helped me with my order and how to navigate a refund through the mobile app for an item I no longer wanted.

I rarely review chains because the experience usually varies every visit. However this Dunkin’ Donuts is the most consistent one I’ve ever been to. I’ve been going here multiple times a week for months and my order is always correct, fresh, and timely (even though they are PACKED with state employees)... The staff here are friendly and fast.
