ordered on the app. Gave me the complete wrong order. Didn't realize it until it was too late. It was a half portion of rice, half portion of chicken, half portion of tomatoes. I'm not sure if its a company policy to short their customers that use the App or if the peasant that prepared the bowl was incompetent. hard to tell these days. Anyways, in my opinion this is unacceptable and will continue to happen because this location is overall incompetent.

Food was okay but one of the team members attitude wasn’t , was In line and noticed her giving other team members a hard time , it was our time next to be served I got the last of the garlic steak , my boyfriend wanted some and a nice team member , said it would be a few minutes, and ask did we want to wait and add it to the meal at the end, my boyfriend said yes , the rude team member with brown hair Caucasian gets the bowl and her other team members info her it’s not steak, she aggressively goes back to the steak container and is literally SCRAPING the container for steak ( her other coworkers are just staring at her confused by this ) she thens aggressively says do u want half steak and half of something else , my boyfriend says no he will take chicken , at this point I tell the girl he wants steak we will wait , she says it will be ten minutes when another guy told us five , her attitude towards us and the other people she works with is ridiculous

The passive aggressive nature of team member Olivia is enough to skip this location and purchase anywhere else. She was arrogantly smiling, while apologizing. No regard for customer inquiries.

If your ordering from this store then it's best to go there!! I have done delivery 2x, (60.00 each time) and all items were like 1/2 portions of everything (both times). We were all very dissatisfied and disappointed.
Far too expensive for the burrito I purchased. I don't like rice so my $12 burrito ended up being the size of a hot dog.

As the price is more expensive each time I go, the portions are always hit or miss size wise, but this last time was most disappointing, I understand food cost , but wow , trying to stretch out steam pans nearly empty and giving a tiny pinch of each was my last straw . Luckily you’ll still have a line out the door , but you just lost 1
