The passive aggressive nature of team member Olivia is enough to skip this location and purchase anywhere else. She was arrogantly smiling, while apologizing. No regard for customer inquiries.

I'm not sure if its a company policy to short their customers that use the App or if the peasant that prepared the bowl was incompetent. hard to tell these days. Anyways, in my opinion this is unacceptable and will continue to happen because this location is overall incompetent.
