Just like most Chipotles, except for one thing. Ordering inside is normal, but DO NOT order ahead from the app. I have made this mistake twice now and waited a ridiculous amount of time both times. The employees making the online orders display no sense of urgency when they are working. Last time, I watched them leave my burrito open on the counter with half of its ingredients, tend to a catering order for five minutes, then finish making my burrito.
Let’s get the bad out of the way, yes it was messy, yes the trash bins were filled and yes it was slow. Now let’s put this in perspective, it’s a low staffed extremely customer flooded eatery on one the busiest streets in Colonie. The gym folks go here, workers, airport travelers and so on, these people are being paid minimum wage for a very stressful high turn out job with low staff.
