Online it says Cold Stone at this location is open until 10pm and I walked into this shop at 9:50pm hoping to get a quick cup of ice cream only to get bullied out of the store getting yelled at saying the store was closed at 9pm. Then why are the doors still open at 9:50pm? When online it says the store is open until 10pm? Very rude people working here, definitely do not recommend coming here.

Ordered an ice cream cake (~$60) from here ended up melting before we could enjoy it on the car ride over in -7 degree weather. Never getting coldstone again over rated and over priced.

$12 for two small scoops in a small cup. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they gave me a little scoop for my dog which I thought was kind for them to accommodate. Although it makes me wonder if I wasn’t charged for two ice creams when in fact, all I got was one and a small scoop to the side for my dog , The quality of the ice cream is on par with that of Stewart’s ice cream in my own opinion. I consider myself a connoisseur of high-quality soft ice cream and this unfortunately is not one of them. I suppose there are worse. Another pet peeve is the shape of their spoon. The spoon is very deep with sharp edges on the side so when you take a bite and pull the spoon out of your mouth comes very close to slicing your upper lip. I would describe the ice cream as Lots of sweet lots of fat lots of other fillers not much taste. But you decide.

I ordered the smallest cup they had; vanilla. no cone, no mix-ins, nuttin'. just the ice cream. $7.51 out the door. my order was filled by this young man who clearly, had no interest in being there. yes, the ice cream was good. the whole $7.51 scoop of it.

We ordered a custom ice cream cake for a friend's birthday. The options for customization were very extensive and fit all of her desires! It came out exactly as ordered and beautifully made. Very happy with the results.
It is for sure overpriced usually less than $10 a person. But when I want birthday cake remix with an extra brownie mixed in who else can I trust really??❤️ Idk about customer service it's sometimes crowded but it's ice cream the line goes quick. They could be rude but I wouldn't know I'm only listening to my ice cream being made ?. One person said they rather go to Stewart's which sometimes I will also just settle for a mint cookie crumble. But I would never say it's superior than Cold Stones.

Stopped in to use my birthday bogo and was greeted by the most genuinely sweet worker by the name of Thyluja (I truly apologize if spelled incorrectly) she was smiling, kind and polite. I got 2 love it’s with about 4/5 toppings each && she had me give her both order before she started scooping. She needed know reminders && got them right. Granited I would not have minded repeating myself because we are all human and I forgot something so I had to write it down. Needless to say she is the lost efficient and personal employee. Give her a raise because she truly makes this place stand out. I’ve come here multiple times and everyone is always nice. However she truly takes this place to o another level with the customer service. Hard work sometimes goes unnoticed and I want to make sure she knows hers has not.
