Basic ice cream made with tons of toppings that make it interesting but the quality of the ice cream is average at best but you'll never know what all the toppings on top of it

The service has been slipping for a while, but today’s visit was the last straw. I was in line between two groups of friends — two women ahead of me and a group of guys behind me. My ice cream was prepared without issue, but when it came time for billing, the cashier who helped the women ahead of me first, mistakenly placed my ice cream in their bag. She took it out, started billing them, and then, instead of attending to me, moved on to take orders from the guys behind me.
I stood there at the counter, my ice cream just sitting there, while she proceeded to bill the guys. One of them even pointed toward me, but she ignored it, finished their transaction, and then began billing the group after them.
It’s absurd that she couldn’t be bothered. Unprofessional and disrespectful. I’m not coming back.
The cashier seemed to be friends with both groups as she was conversing in with them in their native language Telugu. I would understand that she was eager to talk to her friends but at place of work be professional and mindful of other customers too.

I am a DoorDash and every time I come to this place they are never ready even if they have no customers it’s not that hard to have one item ready most of the time yet they fail to be on their phones instead of taking care of customers, people who order online or customers as well and I don’t think it’s fair to the customers who order online to have to wait even longer when I am a platinum tear Dasher And I make sure that all orders are gone too fast. It’s just not fair.

The two younger girls working are terrible laughing at everyone and each other. How about cleaning the place it’s disgusting, the health department must inspect this place with their eyes closed. This location seems like it’s on its last legs

We were visiting from out of town and by far this was the absolute worst Coldstone we have ever been to. The icecream was like soup consistency before we even ate it. The stone isn’t cold and the store is very dirty.

I ordered my ice cream for delivery. I love cold stone, always have. I was so excited and looking forward to my icecream and when it arrived I noticed the size wasn't correct and upon further investigation, it was the complete wrong ice cream but my name was attached to it. I have a peanut butter allergy and I received icecream with peanut butter in it. I called immediately and there was no care or professionalism. They said the manager will give a refund when they get there. Unbelievable. I'm not one to complain or write complaints. But imagine if I were to take one little bite? Would they care then?
***EDIT*** I still have not received a refund for the mistake after being promised one. I will never be going to this location again. Poorly managed.

Worst experience. I used to like this store but it is nothing but a disappointment since last 5 visits. The store-ColdStone itself says that the icecream is made on the coldstone for us. Howrver, the quality is extremely poor. Despite asking multiple times, the ice cream was still given to us in a quality worse than those we get at the grocery stores. It was not beat on the cold stone and we were told that it wasn’t working. If it’s not working, why sell it? And we paid 37$ for this.
Would like to let the management know that this store people needs extra training or new cold stone or whatever is needed.

Online it says Cold Stone at this location is open until 10pm and I walked into this shop at 9:50pm hoping to get a quick cup of ice cream only to get bullied out of the store getting yelled at saying the store was closed at 9pm. Then why are the doors still open at 9:50pm? When online it says the store is open until 10pm? Very rude people working here, definitely do not recommend coming here.
