Purchased a coffee from a different dunkin that I go to everyday, a couple blocks up less than 10 minutes away. They forgot to add the caramel to my large caramel iced coffee. I stopped at this dunkin being that I didn’t have time to go back and asked if they could just correct my order. I was told I would have to turn around and go back to the last dunkin or pay for a new coffee smh all I wanted was for my coffee to not be so bitter. Lesson learned ! I’ll just go to Starbucks from now on where they get my order right the first time.

Ordered 3 drinks and 2 of them were Peppermint Mochas they gave me half a cup in each AKA they made a large and split it between the 2 cups your employees are ridiculous and don’t deserve to be there! Disgusting the amount of laziness that was displayed with this and that more than one employee let it fly!

The hours listed are 4:30am to 7:00pm. I went in at 6:15pm planning to get a quick sandwich or bagel after a 12 hr work day. I was told by the rude lady behind the counter that the ovens were off (all bagels were removed from the display too) because she said she was closing in 10 min. Well before 7pm.Either change the hours or serve your customers until the real closing time. Pretty sure other fast food restaurants don't stop heating up food 45 min before the listed closing time.
