Lobby supposed to close at 7pm. Worker said he decided to close the lobby early at 5:30 and told me to walk through drive thru because he already mopped. His dad was in there hanging out with him. I just needed a medium hot coffee. Incredibly rude. Also said his manager said he could close early if he wanted to. What a joke

Its sunday 10/19/25 10am and they are not letting customers in the lobby but the drive thru is open. This place is a 1star store. Arguing, yelling, talking over ppl food.

I’m giving this Dunkin’ Donuts a one star because it has been consistently disappointing. The location often appears understaffed, and the espresso or coffee machines only seem to be operational about 70% of the time. On multiple occasions, the oven hasn’t been working. To make matters worse, the store closes at random times without notice or online updates, which is extremely inconvenient for customers. Overall, this reflects poorly on the franchisee, who is clearly failing to manage the store properly.

I wish I can give zero stars. This place is very unprofessional. It’s 5oclock on a Wednesday and business hours state 4am-7pm.. there were two employees working inside and kept me locked outside saying go through the drive- I came walking so unfortunately I couldn’t do that either . Please have a business orientation with your employees because they are losing business for you . Very unprofessional..

There was a young tall gentleman working all by himself, and he was doing a heck of a job.I hope they get that kids of help because he's a hell of a worker, and it would suck the lose him as employee because they can't properly staff

I always give fast food locations a couple of chances when things go wrong. Unfortunately, I've only had one positive experience at this Dunkin Donuts. They messed up my order multiple times and really topped it tonight. Ordered a caramel iced coffee. There was hardly any ice cubes in it. Warm as pee. Threw it out after one sip and went to the location over at Washington Avenue Extension which I should have done in the first place. They are always spot on and friendly. This place is terrible.

Review as a driver: store is incredibly slow and employees ignore you. And once you do get their attention they're incredibly rude.

Customer review: I've never had a place mess up my order as many times as this location. You're stuck waiting for your order for upwards of 20 minutes even when it's dead.
