I literally go here everyday. I order always the same latte. Now again, they have messed up and gave me two small ice coffee's because they were out of medium cups... where my caramel latte that I order everyday??? An ice coffee?? Not only is it loaded with sugar, they charged me the same price of my latte???? Never again. This place just keeps getting worse.

This Dunkin' location seems a bit old and worn. It could definitely use a makeover. The parking lot is spacious, and the restrooms were okay.

i work here and was harassed by the district manager aka Jen she even went as far as snatching the drink i made for myself raising her voice and interupting employee while customer is present inside the store poor management and im disgusted with her behavior towards employees she screams and yell making the work enviroment hostile for others to work with smh

I decided to give dunkin another try after swearing them off for more than a year. Today was my 2nd visit in the past 2 weeks and both times I had to throw it out because it's so bad I can't drink it. I ordered a cappuccino and an extra shot of espresso on the side. The cappuccino tasted like straight milk with way too much sugar. So I added the EXTRA shot of espresso to the cappuccino, and it still tasted like straight milk with way too much sugar. $7.65 straight into the trash. AGAIN. I won't be back. Unfortunately, no one cares.

Each time I come here I ask for a hot Dunkin midnight black, no cream, no sugar. Each time it tastes burnt. I don't think they give me a dunkin midnight, just regular coffee, but i am paying for a dunkin midnight. I was at the drive thru and found this out miles away...smh
