This location has messed up my order on multiple different occasions, the only reason I go there is because it's convenient as it's at the end of the road from where I stay, the staff is rude, my food and or drink is cold and not fully cooked and they need a huge attitude adjustment

Management needs to completely re train the staff here. Drive through was rude, seemed like I was bothering them. Tried to give me coffee I didn't buy. Got my iced chocolate cold brew entirely wrong, but I didn't want to say anything in fear of them doing something to my food. Just a complete failure on all levels
Current staffing is wonderful! Just saw a nice young man, volunteer and gladly help an old woman bring things to her car. It was the sweetest, nicest kindest thing I’ve seen all day.

Always a problem when we go here. Mainly the staff is not friendly. Ordered on the app and when we got there they said we can't make your drinks, we are cleaning the machine for the night. They weren't closing for another hour and half!! Clean the machines after you close

BEWARE: Watch out for quick change scam at this location, two days in a row I'm on my way to work, one in the (Drive thru and next day I walked in and placed my order) Both times the teller (same person) (Male 18-20 Y/O Jet Black Poofy hair) Will cash you out and if you order is 1-9$ and you hand him 20$ bill, he will hand you back only Singles without the ten, as if you gave him a 10$ bill. Day One; My order totals $8.63 cents; I hand him a 20$Bill, he gives me back $1.37cents. I immediately say, "Nice try I gave you a 20$ bill, he pauses and apologies the same way both times saying "Oh sorry, I didn't even realize; Sorry about that"Same thing happened to me on the second day, he trys to hand me back 2.76$ and the cents and at this point I'm just like bro you forgot the ten again I gave you 20.I can only imagine how much this man has made off of this scam or where he learned it (probably TikTok who knows). PS. When he told me the total "I even said "Out of $20" each time I handed the bill.Imagine what this guy would do with you debit card...
