I love dunkin donuts! however while visiting in Albany I stopped in 1066 Madison for some bagels and coffee and encountered the most horrible experience I have ever had at a dunkin! the staff was horrible, order was incorrect, chocolate had coffee in it, latte tasted awful, staff had an attitude entire time. I will never go there again when visiting my daughter at college of st rose.
The majority of the staff is wonderful but the manager seems to be unaware what customer service means!! Sorry but you've just lost my business and a guarantee I'll tell my friend, neighbors, and students all about it!! �
Madison Ave (Route20) & W Lawrence St. Albany NY employees were rude, swearing and wouldn't let a guy get ice and water.
