Worst Five Guys I've ever been to. They got our order wrong, forgot items, and then hassled us when we tried to get the missing items. They wanted a receipt to show that we paid for the items, and then held onto it and forgot immediately after taking the receipt.

We usually go to this five guys and generally have good experiences however the past two times we have gotten home with the wrong kind of fries and they are super soggy which is disappointing because we always order Cajun fries Extra extra crispy. Opening the bag to regular fries extra extra soggy is getting old and not what we ordered or paid for.

This location's quality is inconsistent. One of the following will happen in a visit: the burger buns will be stale, french fry serving size is too small (no fries on bottom of bag), or drinks from soda fountain machine will taste bitter (not mixed correctly.)

Haven’t been to Five Guys in years. Was in the mood for a burger so I stopped here. Food was as good as I remember but it was pricey and I understand prices have gone up in the past few years. The soda from both dispensers was stale.
