“I had tickets to an event here through an outside promoter. The event was cancelled and I had trouble getting a refund from the promoter, but once I contacted Rocks, they were an amazing help and were able to contact the promoter and get me the refund. Really kind and helpful.“
“My name is Alex and I drive down from Rutland Vermont quite often to get together with my friend and always go to Waterworks Pub in Albany It’s always so much fun!!!… This past weekend, February 11, I drove down for the Super Bowl and was very disappointed because they were having a drag show at the exact same time as the Super Bowl and we could not even hear the game going on so before we even hit half time in the event on TV, we left !! There’s a time and place for a sports event and then there’s a time and place for a drag show… I like them both but not at the same time… That was not even logical! Too bad :((“
