I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I called and ordered 10 garlic parm wings for pickup. When I got home to eat them there was only 7 wings in the container. I called them and let them know and the person who answered the phone said I was lying and I don’t know how to count. Mind you I only grabbed and ate one wing before counting the rest. I will never eat there again!!!

The gentleman who answered the phone was sooooo nasty and rude!!!! I tried to inquire about my order and the response given was “yeah whatever” extremely unpleasant. Will be letting others know.

It’s mid, ordered some 24 cuts. Prices are reasonable and service is good. 99% crust, 0.5% cheese, 0.5% sauce.

They are really going down hill. I’m the front office manager of try by Hilton and refer all of my guest here because their food was good. But now the last 3 orders I’ve made they have messed up and 2 were salads. Don’t get how you really do that. And I spent over $100 on a order and could only eat the boneless wings because everything else was over cooked to the point I was scared to eat it because I thought I would break a tooth or items were just missing things completely. Truly disappointed and when I just called about my salad missing things I just got a uuuhhhh sorry to hear that. Definitely recommending the new pizza place in town to my guest

My office had pizza catered and since I'm lactose intolerant, they ordered me a "burger with no cheese" which is served with lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo. The burger that arrived was just a paper-thin patty and melted cheese... Would not recommend this place.

Dietary restrictions: Not friendly to lactose intolerant people.

I am not from the Albany area. I visited this establishment for dinner. The gourmet pizza looked burnt,so I chose pasta with melted cheese, mushrooms, no meat with sauce on the side, and small salad. The total price was 14 dollars, and change. I got the order to go. I walked back to the hotel. To my astonishment, I opened it with great anticipation of inhaling it and surprise!, no mushrooms,no cheese. Jokes on me! The container had plain pasta in it with some sauce on the side. I was tired and consumed it . The sauce was good, and the side salad was decent. The service was very friendly. My advice is to check the loot before you run out the door. They will promise the moon and forget to put it in the sky.

Not my favorite in the area, but others in the family love this place.

Wings were decent

We ordered 3 pizzas and they messed up the order on two of them. Asked for no olives and they put olives. Then asked for red sauce and got white sauce.

I specifically ordered a side of bbq sauce and when I went there I asked if it was in the bag and two different employees said that it was. I got back to work and of course it wasn’t in the bag. This is the third time in a row that this has happened. I’m not impressed!

I was looking forward to a Gyro, so thought I'd try Gold grain. They offer beef, chicken, and veal. I asked the counter person if the veal was real or processed veal and was assured it was real. The Gyro wrap I received was about four inches long. Where did they even find a gyro wrap that small. It had very little lettuce, tomato, and onions. It hardly had any sour cream. The veal was processed veal, not sliced veal and I top of that, the meat was dry having been overcooked (burned). The only reason I am giving two stars is that the fries were good but then you had to open many mini ketchup packets available on a side counter in order to enjoy them. They had BBQ sauce, hot sauce, and several other plastic bottle condiments on the counter. At $14 for a mini gyro you would think they could spring for full size or refillable ketchup bottles. Anyway, if you are looking for good wraps/sandwiches there are certainly many other establishments in the Albany area that serve better for this price.
